- Entering into a joint venture with the Sugar Mill.
- Conducting the farmers’ meets with the active participation of the Sugar Mill staff, just for creating the awareness amongst the member farmers about the necessity of the usage of Organic fertilizers.
- Introduce the mixing of spentwash on the pressmud being composted with our R-Unique methodology.
- Introduce the Input Management system, depending upon the soil condition of the land around the concerned Sugar Mill.
- Introduce various means to ensure a substantial increase in the Sugarcane yield and recovery thereof.
- Assisting the Sugar Mill in making the project report on the conversion of agro waste.
- Helping them in getting subsidies for the establishment of Bio fertilizer Unit in their premise.
- Assisting them in getting subsidy from RKVY and yield maximum benefit out of the same.
